For international buyers, all orders are shipped and delivered only through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post.

Orders are shipped within the specified time frame (Not Applicable) or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to the courier company or postal service norms. KASHMIRI PANDIT ASSOCIATION shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the agreed time frame.

All deliveries will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order. Confirmation of delivery of our services will be sent to your registered email address as specified during registration.
