KASHMIRI PANDIT ASSOCIATION believes in assisting its customers to the fullest and therefore follows a liberal cancellation policy. The details are as follows:

  1. Order Cancellation

    • Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.

    • Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.

  2. Non-Cancellable Items

    • Orders for perishable items such as flowers, food, and other consumables cannot be cancelled.

    • However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the customer proves that the product delivered was of poor quality.

  3. Damaged or Defective Products

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.

    • The request will be processed after verification by the merchant.

  4. Product Not as Expected

    • If you feel the product received does not match the description on our website or your expectations, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery.

    • After reviewing your complaint, our Customer Service team will make a fair decision regarding replacement or refund.

  5. Products with Manufacturer Warranty

    • For complaints related to products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

  6. Refund Timeline

    • In case a refund is approved by KASHMIRI PANDIT ASSOCIATION, it will be processed within 16–30 days and credited to the customer’s account.
